Step 1 – Review project with customer
Step 2 – Process quote – including all necessary routing, materials and outside vendor operations
Step 3 – The order is received from the customer
Step 4 -The order is immediately entered into our ERP system for scheduling, the result of a detailed quotation
Step 5 – CNC programming and tooling review is completed by Project Manager
Step 6 – The materials are then secured
Step 7 – Order released to production for turning, machining, grinding including surface finishing or additional operations such as anodizing, hard coat, heat treat or special processes
Step 8 – Component part is sent to the metrology laboratory for an inspection, data tracking, etc.
Step 9 – Ship the final part to the happy customer
